Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local governmental bureaus, agencies and authorities.
  • Ensure that all rules and procedures are in place for the following aspect of the project : QSHE, Company Process, Q&A, Code of conduct.
  • Administrative and subcontracting follow up.
  • Control and monitor all administrative requirements of all projects.
  • Monitor on-going activities and revise contracts.
  • Assist to Customer meeting and prepare the MOM.
  • Maintain, plan and implement KPI system on procurement and Project efficiency.

Educational Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Work Experience:

  • 1 to 2 Years.

Skills:

  • Implement and optimisation of KPI of the project Deadline, and coordination & follow up project Budget and cash report.
  • Define needs in of all project coordinator: organise and optimise the deliverable of the project by integrating time frames, HSE rules, costs and service quality.
  • SAQ- Design – Site CW & Power till Final acceptance.
  • Understand, analyse the contact’s request and provide a solution.
  • Contribute to working in collaboration within a group, with other services or with partner bodies, manage the internal or external networks.
  • Use office tools.
  • Communicate in English (oral/written).
  • Apply the best practices of his/her activity, use the tools, interpret the documents in order to fulfill with efficiency the requested task and provide solutions to be implemented.
  • Define the pertinent indicators for a follow up and to draw up resulting action plans.
  • To have secondary studies in Project management or of experience in the specific field.

Required Language Skills:

  • English – Very good
